I finished pumping gas and walked in right off the street. Diane the office manager was very nice as I was explaining my situation. Michael came out from the back and we started to talk about the Navien system which he had running his shop. This was late Thursday afternoon. He came to my house just a few hours later and his crew was at my house the next morning installing the unit. We now have hot water and heat and also have additional space in my boiler room. I cant say enough about how accommodating and professional Michael and his staff were. I was also very impressed with how clean and thorough the crew was. Should've called these guys first. Nothing but professional, knowledgeable, great customer service, fast, and great prices. Will absolutely use them again in the future. They took a 1/4 of the time to fix my tankless water heater and it cost me half as much. The job involved a complete gutting of my master Bathroom. From walls to ceiling, to floor ! With the addition of a whirlpool one wall had to be moved. None of the existing plumbing remained in its original place. Marble from floor to ceiling, new lighting, a separate shower-on top of it all the original contractor that i'd hired cancels on me at the last minute!!! Noticing an ad in a local paper claiming that an actual plumber would call

I had the choice of going with something cheaper, but I did not want any problems down the road. He was very professional and honest explaining everything to me in detail. I would recommend Big City Plumbing, and would use them again if I have to.
